We are so excited to announce we will be partnering with Pitch Up! this year. Pitch Up! is a circular community of like-minded farms and businesses, sharing resources, knowledge and land to grow good ideas into successful enterprises. We are one of six partner farms covering more than 12,000 acres across the UK, from Cornwall to Scotland.

Groundswell inspires us to move towards more regenerative and holistic methods of management. Therefore we are working towards applying these lessons on our home farms here at Weston and are very excited to integrate enterprise stacking to develop a more circular, holistic and regenerative system. 

We can provide access to land and enable more people to reconnect with the landscapes to build livelihoods and bring more life and vitality back to the farm. We want to help nurture a space where people can come together to trial new ideas, build community, support each other and inspire a wider movement towards regenerative living, thinking, eating and farming.

There are two distinct farms in Weston;  

​

Lannock Farm which has a thriving community of existing resident enterprises in the F&B and creative sectors which has been in operation since 2019 as Grainworks. The residents include Crossover Blendery, Leavened Bakery, Botivo, Campervan Coffee Roastery, Fabio’s Gelato, Francesca Gentilli Rug Barn, Highcroft Interiors, Fernwood Remedies and Lannock Christmas Trees. The community has spawned the newly opened Lannock Larder farm shop which plans to expand into a larger permanent food hub with a butchery, restaurant and deli with regular market days and workshops.

We are also creating Groundschool at Irongate Farm, an educational centre for learning about all aspects of agro-ecology and nutrition around which we are seeking enterprises which can demonstrate a collaborative system within a growing community.
