After graduating from university in summer 2024, Teddy joined the farm team to start up Weston Park Veg, our new no-dig market garden here at Weston Park Farms. Starting up midway through the growing season was hectic, but we hit the ground running and year one was a great success… we got the polytunnel built and the compost beds made up, and before we knew it we were harvesting tomatoes, cucumbers, chard, kale, and much more of the like...

The garden’s aim is simple: to produce the freshest, most nutritious produce for our local community in a nature-friendly way. We’re super excited to see where the garden goes from here, we have plans to expand and potentially look into other sales channels such as a veg box scheme, so let us know if that’s something you would be interested in!​
